Our certified educators have a wealth of experience in teaching and performing. We have a passion for the art of dance and for helping others discover their inner dancer.

Please read carefully. By enrolling, all families agree to the guidelines below.
All families are required to maintain a valid payment method on file at all times. By enrolling, families authorize the studio to process automatic payments using the payment method saved to their account.
*Please email info@integritydancearts.com if your dancer will not be participating in the end-of-year recital.
All payments made to the studio are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: withdrawal from classes, loss of interest, scheduling conflicts, injury or illness, family relocation, weather-related closures, or missed classes.
By maintaining an active enrollment, families acknowledge and agree to these payment policies.
Integrity Dance Arts follows the McKinney ISD calendar for weather-related closings. If MISD is closed or cancels after-school activities, IDA will be closed. We provide our studio calendar and will email/post reminders for any closures.
We end our season with a professional Spring Recital. We encourage but do not require participation. Recital dates are announced as soon as the venue confirms our date. Please email the office if your dancer will not be participating.
Photography and video recording inside classrooms is not permitted during regular class time. By enrolling, families grant IDA permission to photograph and video students for marketing and social media unless a written opt-out is submitted to the studio.
We keep families informed via monthly newsletters, email, Facebook, Instagram, and the Lobby Communication Center. We are happy to answer any questions about your dancer or our programs!

Studio Rental
Available outside of class hours. All studios feature sprung hardwood floors, mirrors, and a professional sound system.
Our team works hand in hand to provide exceptional training and dance education to McKinney and the surrounding areas.
Dallas Baptist University graduate Bianca Rebello holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and brings over 18 years of teaching, choreography, and directing experience to the DFW dance community. Her dance journey began as a four-year member of the McKinney North NorthStars Drill Team, serving as both Lieutenant and Captain. She earned a dance scholarship to Collin College and performed with the Collin Dance Ensemble. She furthered her professional training with the Dallas Dance Company and also taught in the Los Angeles dance community before returning to North Texas. As Co-Owner and Director of Integrity Dance Arts, Bianca is passionate about creating an environment where dancers receive exceptional technical training while developing confidence, discipline, creativity, and character. She currently performs as a member of Full Circle Dance and is raising three children with her husband.
A graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, Shelley O'Donnell has spent years shaping her craft as a performer, choreographer, and studio owner. Her journey began as a competitive gymnast training at the world-renowned Karolyi facility. She danced as an officer on her high school drill team, then attended Navarro Junior College and UNT, where she was inducted into Chi Tau Epsilon and had her choreography selected for the American College Dance Festival where it received top honors. She furthered her training with the Limon Dance Company in New York and David Taylor Dance Theatre in Colorado. As Co-Owner of IDA, Shelley is passionate about helping every student find their own individual joy in the expression of dance. Outside of the studio, Shelley is happily engaged and cherishes time with her four wonderful children.
Hanna Jordan's love for dance began at just three years old. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dance with a Secondary Teaching Certification from Texas Woman's University and spent two years at Collin College as an active member of the Collin Dance Ensemble, attending the American College Dance Festival in 2009 and 2010. Hanna began teaching while still in high school and has since dedicated over a decade to teaching dancers of all ages and abilities. She is excited to begin her 6th season at IDA and her 2nd as Company Director, committed to creating an environment where dancers are challenged to grow, inspired to work hard, and encouraged to discover confidence in themselves.
Katie Sullivan started training in classical, street, and Broadway tap from the age of two, studying at the same dance studio for 18 years. She was on her high school dance team and Varsity tennis team and continued studying dance at Eastfield College. She has attended advanced tap training led by nationally known teachers and performed at various festivals in DFW. After moving to Georgia she taught competitive tap and hip-hop, and in 2009 added Zumba, Barre, and adult fitness classes. When Katie is not teaching she is homeschooling her two boys, teaching Barre or CTR at Lifetime, or participating in RunDisney events. Katie is going into her 7th year with IDA!
Anna Ward received her earliest dance training from Frank and Irina Pal in Wichita Falls, TX. A scholarship student with Neubert Ballet at Carnegie Hall and the Harvard Summer Dance Center, she studied in NYC with Istvan Robosky, Peter Nelson, and at the Murray Louis/Alwin Nikolias Dance Lab. She directed the children's program at Krassovska School of Classical Russian Ballet, taught at City Ballet Dallas, performed in the musical TEXAS as the Lead Flame, danced six seasons with the Dallas Opera, and served as Artistic Director for Galveston Ballet from 2005-2010. Her choreography has been set on many Texas ballet companies and she was commissioned to teach at the prestigious Salzburg International Ballet Academy in Austria.
Aubrey Seidel has a lifelong love of dance. In high school she was a member of the Flower Mound Rosette Drill Team and was later selected for the Texas Legends Dance Team. She studied modern dance at Austin Community College and trained in Aerial Arts and Cabaret style dance. Her teaching journey began in Alaska in 2013 as a competitive dance instructor, then she taught in Georgia before returning to Texas. Aubrey has been teaching at Integrity Dance Arts since 2021 and has considered it the most joyful and rewarding experience. She lives in McKinney with her husband, two daughters, and their dog.
Originally from California, Jillian's love of performing began with many trips to Disneyland. At 19 she landed her first full-time role with the Disneyland Resort and performed there for 5 years. She also performed with Universal Studios Hollywood as Cindy Lou Who in their 2016-2017 Grinchmas season. After theme park performing, she performed regularly with Repertory theaters in the Bay Area in productions including Mamma Mia, the Drowsy Chaperone, Guys and Dolls, and Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat. Now in Texas with her growing family, she still performs in musicals when possible. She is proud to be a staff member with IDA for the past 4 seasons!
An Allen Eagle Tallenette officer alumna, Melissa Bjork earned a B.F.A. from The Ohio State University and an M.F.A. from Texas Woman's University. She trained at Peridance Center, Mark Morris Dance Center, and Dance Space Center in NYC, and performed with numerous artists including Bebe Miller, DanceWorks, Muscle Memory Dance Theatre, and Victoria Uris. She performed and choreographed with Elledanceworks Dance Company from 2006-2017 and is currently a founding member of Full Circle Dance, the professional company in residence at IDA. Her choreography has been presented across Texas, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Melissa lives in Lucas with her husband and five children, whom she homeschools.
Michele began dancing at age three in Wichita Falls, Texas and served as dance team captain throughout high school. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Texas Woman's University studying ballet, tap, jazz, modern, hip-hop, and West African dance. After college she joined Muscle Memory Dance Theatre. A 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor and owner of Zen Kids Yoga, Michele is currently a company member of Full Circle Dance of North Texas. She spends her days homeschooling her two children and enjoys spending as much time as possible in nature.
Ash Haber is a multi-disciplinary dancer, performer, choreographer, and dance educator with roots in contemporary and jazz dance. She trained at Next Step Performing Arts Center, Contemporary Ballet Dallas, Collin College, and the University of North Texas. She performed with the Texas Legends Dancers, directed Odyssey Dance Collective, and toured nationally with the Jordan Kahn Music Company. In 2021 she moved to Seattle to perform with the Seattle Seahawks Dancers, working with choreographers Tyra Rose, Mike Esperanza, and Marlo Martin. She is now a member of Full Circle Dance and continues to perform, choreograph, and teach in DFW.
Carolyn grew up in Hershey, PA and began dancing at age 4 in tap, jazz, ballet, theater dance, and modern. She graduated from New York University with a degree in Dramatic Literature and Theater History. While in NYC she stage-managed for NYU Steinhardt, The Public Theater, MCC Theater, and other regional theaters, and continued dancing at Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, and Peridance Center. After nine years in NYC she moved to McKinney, where she now calls home. She has been an IDA dance mom for 3 years and is excited to join the team!
Sarah Poe fell in love with dance at age eight and has explored ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, musical theatre, character, and pointe. She earned her BFA in Dance from Belhaven University and her MFA in Dance from Hollins University, where she researched pedagogy and refined her teaching methods. After graduate school, Sarah danced with Open Sky Arts Collective in Keller, TX. She brings a confident calmness to every class, inviting students to find joy and excitement in new ways of moving. She is thrilled to join the IDA community!
Ashley Aguilar has been dancing since she was five years old. Her early training focused on tap and jazz, followed by three years with the McKinney North NorthStars Drill Team as Junior Lieutenant and then Captain. She continued at Collin College performing with the Collin Dance Ensemble. In 2012 she moved to Orlando to work as a performer at Walt Disney World. These days Ashley and her husband are raising their four wonderful daughters in Northwest Arkansas, where she homeschools their girls and continues her work with Integrity Dance Arts remotely.
Growing up Amie was a competitive softball player and still loves all sports. Since becoming a mom thirteen years ago she has enjoyed being a full-time stay at home wife and mom. She recently earned her associate's degree in business/accounting from Collin College. She has been a proud dance mom for seven years and is starting her sixth season as a company dance mom with all three children dancing at IDA. We are excited to have Amie in the office giving all of our dance families a warm welcome when they arrive to the studio!
Shayla Desai is a freshman at The University of Texas at Austin majoring in Communications & Leadership. She danced for 15 years, was a 3-year officer and Captain of Walnut Grove High School's Silver Elite Dance Team, and was a Performing Company member and student teacher at IDA. She also works with Crowd Pleasers Dance, teaching drill teams across Texas. Shayla is excited to continue her love for IDA as part of the Creative Team — managing social media and helping bring the studio's vision to life!
Ashlyn O'Donnell is a sophomore at Baylor University majoring in Special Education. She danced for 16 years and was a member of IDA's Performing Company from the studio's opening through her graduation from high school. She was a student teacher and enjoys coming back to teach at IDA. Ashlyn is so excited to continue being a part of the IDA family as a member of the Creative Team!

About the Company
Our Performing Company is for dancers who want to take their training to the next level. Company dancers receive intensive instruction, meaningful performance opportunities, and the experience of working alongside professional dance artists.
Company participation requires audition or instructor recommendation. Members perform in showcases, regional competitions, and special engagements throughout the year.
